  2. Get to know your employees. Work becomes more enjoyable when you can mingle and talk about your lives and be able to separate from a strict work regime.

  3. Allow flexibility. Whether it be hours or work deadlines, allowing your employees to determine how long they need or what works for them will not only make them happy. But it will make their commitment to their work stronger knowing they have a level of control.
